Non-repudiation of payment
By clicking on the above buttons, you agree to the terms and conditions in this site and commit to the purchase and payment of items purchased. It is entirely at the discretion of the company (Magic Moments Florist CC) whether to allow order cancellations depending on if stock has been reserved or not. An order cancellation fee of 25% of the value of your order may be levied. The company reserves the right to report non-payers to ITC and any other bureaus of similar functionality and revoke all access to membership and shopping areas.
Credit Card Payments
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into Magic Moments Florist account, the details of which are provided below.
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Magic Moments Florist CC via V.C.S. (Virtual Card Services), who are the approved payment gateway for ABSA Bank. V.C.S. (Virtual Card Services), uses the strictest encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.vcs.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Due to high incidences of credit card fraud, if you are a first time buyer paying by credit card and your order is over R500.00 the company reserves the right (by law) to request the following:
A letter of authorisation with two contact telephone numbers, signed by the card holder Magic Moments Florist CC to debit your card (faxed to 0865 021 060);
A faxed copy of the front and back of the credit card;
A faxed copy of the cardholders ID;
Once these documents have been received and authorisation obtained from your bank, we will then process your order. Please note that failure to provide this documentation on request from the company will lead to lengthy delays in the processing and shipment (DELETE) delivery of your order. The information we receive from these documents will be protected by our Privacy Statement in this document. We apologise for this inconvenience.

Once you have bought on line, please immediately email or fax confirmation of your E.F.T. Your flower order will only be executed once this confirmation has been received at our florist.

Type of card, bank name, card number, security digits (last three numbers on the back of the card) and expiry date. Registration enables you to speed up the ordering process; however, you do not have to register with us until you choose to order.

We may use your information to manage your purchases such as sending a confirmatory e-mail and your card payments for goods you buy from us and also to deliver the goods to you, You can check any information that we are holding about you, or ask any questions about this privacy policy by e-mailing us on flower@durbanflorist.co.za.
How will we protect your details?
Magic Moments Florist CC has been assured by its Internet Service Provider that all information will be protected and thereby commits to protecting your confidential information such as e-mail addresses, credit card details and purchasing history and storing them in a responsible and secure manner and not disclose sensitive information to third parties. You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "submit" or "make payment" on the final page of our ordering process.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and e-mail you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.
