I was hugely impressed with the prompt customer service I received from Brendon at inMotion Flowers.

I am a South African living in the US and I emailed IM Flowers after having a problem with my credit card being accepted (a fraud precaution on behalf of my US bank). Since it was after hours SA time I didn't expect a response until the following day but Brendon replied promptly and provided many different payment options, including the use of PayPal, which I thought was great!

Because of the great customer service, my sister received her flowers the next day. I ordered the "Sunflower Smiles" and it certainly brightened up my sister's stay in the hospital. I received a pic of the flowers and they were stunning! Most florists I have used, write your message on a small note but IM Flowers gave a lovely card with the flowers which added a more personal touch.

I highly recommend inMotion Flowers and certainly will not hesitate to use them again from here in the US.
